Uptown Hearth Microbakery has been a local favorite secret spot for years. Lucky for you they expanded their kitchen and created a gorgeous space for you to savor 100% organic locally milled flour and grain pastries, breads, soups, full breakfast, local teas, specialty coffee, artisanal espresso and more. This modern/rustic microbakery and food studio is in a historic brick building on Columbia Falls' "Main Street" Nucleus Avenue.

Driving Directions

Uptown Hearth is located in the heart of Columbia Falls, Montana, approximately 20 minutes (17 miles) west of Glacier National Park's west entrance and 16 minutes (9.6 miles) east of Whitefish, Montana. Follow US HWY-2 till it insects with Nucleus Ave and head north on Nucleus Ave. Uptown Hearth will be up the hill approximately 3.5 blocks on the east side of the street.

Terri Feury, owner of The Finn Biscuit, has owned and baked in the building for over 16 years. Up until 2016, she along with a featured baker would bake in the back of the building and rent out the front as a retail space. A half wooden mannequin would be placed on the sidewalk to signal to locals that they could walk to the back of the building to purchase fresh baked goods. The recently remodeled space offers an expanded kitchen, comfortable seating and a team of passionate culinary and coffee experts.
